What this does: Allows the administrator to set up user accounts with or without access restrictions.
Add new CMS user by selecting the 'add CMS user' link at the top of the page. Enter all appropriate information and save.
Edit each CMS user by selecting the edit icon to the far right of the page. Make changes and select save.
Delete a CMS user by selecting the 'delete' button to the far right of the page.
You may also change the look of your CMS skin according to your preference.

What this does: Allows the administrator to define specific site access for each CMS user's account.
