
Log into CMATION® (http://www.yourwebsite.com/admin)
In the menu on the left under the User Info click Manage Email Accounts.
Step 1) Enter in the new email address in the first field labeled "Email Address"
Step 2) Choose the type of email address to create. Note: You can use any combo of part A, B,or C
Part A) Regular POP3 Email Account
Check the boxed labeled "Mailbox"
Enter in the desired password in the "Email Password" field and re-enter it in the "Email Password Confirm" field.
Part B) Forwarding the Email to a single or group of email address(es)
Check the box "Forward Email" otherwise leave it unchecked.
Enter the email address(es) you want this new email address to forward to in the "Forward Emails To" field.
Step 3) Press Save
The only characters that are able to be used in both email address and password is: "0 thru 9", "a thru z", "A thru Z", "-(hyphen)" and ". (period)". All other characters will be removed from all fields.
If additional characters are needed please submit it as a bug report. The "Submit Bug Report" link is next to the "Logout" link on the left.
Key:
MB = Has POP3 Mailbox
FWD = Email forwards to another email address
Click SAVE to save and continue, or RESET.

In the menu on the left under the User Info Tab click Manage Email Accounts.
Click the edit icon for the email account you wish to edit. The edit icon is located to the far right under the tools title (looks like a pencil).
You should now see the Edit Email Address Settings.
Email Address: Assigns identifiable name to email address (ex. you@yourcompany.com)This information needs to be supplied to the owner of the email account so they can set up their email client to receive email sent to this address unless this account will only be used to forward email to another account.
Mailbox: Check this if this account will be an actual mail box rather than an alias that will forward the email to another email address. Mail box owner will need an email client like Outlook, or Outlook Express to receive email.

Forward Mail: Forward emails to email address(es). Separate multiple addresses with a comma (ex. all email sent to you@yourcompany.com is sent directly to you@webmail.com, yourboss@yourcompany.com, hr@yourcompany.com, finance@yourcompany.com, vp@yourcompany.com) no POP3 account set up is neccessary)
Mailbox Aliases: (Separate multiple aliases with a comma)
Click SAVE to save and continue, RESET to return old values or CANCEL to return to the Overview.
Select the delete icon to the far right next to the email account you wish to delete when you are on the Manage Email Accounts Page.
You will be prompted with a confirm deletion page. Just select yes or no and click the confirm button.
