In the menu on the left under the Manage Newsletters Tab left click Manage to open the Newsletter interface. At the top of the page you should see navigation links under the heading, Newsletter Management Links. Move your mouse cursor over the Tools link to open the drop down menu, select View Lists.
- Add New Newsletter (mailing) List
Name: Name your newsletter mailing list (ex. customers, VPs, sales, general, etc.)
Active: YES=is visible; NO=not visible
Sort: Numeric value that determines the order your mailing list appears.
HTML Email: YES=allows HTML to be sent; NO=sends text only email
Auto Process Bounces (Process Bounces): YES=bounces will be automatically unsubscribed from your mailing lists without any assistance from you; NO=bounces will not be removed from the mailing list until you choose to remove them manually
Subscribe URL (Page URL): Creates a page with your signup form and a link within your site navigation. Can be left blank and will automatically generate the URL using the Name field.
- Edit List
Select the 'edit' icon located to the far right of the template name you wish to edit. Make changes, select save.
- Delete List
You can delete a list in two different ways:
Delete Option 1
The first way is to select the delete icon to the far right of the list you wish to delete when you are on the View Lists interface.You will be prompted with a confirm deletion page. Just select yes or no and click the confirm button.
Delete Option 2
You will be prompted with a confirm deletion page. Just select yes or no and click the confirm button.
The second way is to click on the edit icon to the far right and open the edit page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the delete button.

- Add Templates
Name: Name your template
Active: YES=is visible; NO=not visible
Sort: Numeric value that determines the order your newsletters appear in.
Newsletter Subject: Create a subject line that recipients will see. Make sure it clearly states what the purpose of your email is and who it is from.
Content: You can either build your template here in the content manager or in an outside program like Word or Dreamweaver, then copy it and paste into the content manager. If copying from Word, use the 'paste from Word' link in the content editor as it will strip out any non-web compliant code that may interfere with your page layout.See "Manage Page Content" for detailed instructions on using the content editor.
Any images used that are not already on your server will need to be uploaded and then linked using the Link icon in the content editor interface.
- Edit Templates
Select the 'edit' icon located to the far right of the template name you wish to edit. Make changes, select save.
- Delete Templates
To delete a template select the delete icon, located to the far right of the template name you wish to remove. You will be prompted to confirm deletion.

Displays a list of all newsletters sent and allows you to view past newsletters.
Use the Quick Search function to help you easily find a specific history item.

At the top of the page you should see navigation links under the heading, Newsletter Management Links. Move your mouse cursor over the Tools link to open the drop down menu, select Process Bounces.

In the menu on the left under the Manage Newsletters Tab left click Manage to open the Newsletter interface. At the top of the page you should see navigation links under the heading, Newsletter Management Links. Move your mouse cursor over the Tools link to open the drop down menu, select Manage Config.
Maximum Number Of Bounces (Bounces Max): Set numeric value.
Newsletter Sender Name: Name you wish to appear to recipients.
Newsletter Sender Email: Email address you wish to appear to recipients.
Newsletter Bounce Name:Enter the name of the newsletter administrator who should be notified of bounces.
Newsletter Bounce Email:Enter the email for the newsletter administrator who should be notified of bounces.
Newsletter Header: Enter text you wish to appear at the top of your email.
Newsletter Footer: Enter text you wish to appear at the bottom of your email. This is a good place for your anti-spam text and opt out message.
Using a newsletter to promote your products/services can be a very powerful tool in your marketing campaign, however, this tool does require a serious commitment to responsible marketing.
