In the menu on the left under the Manage Newsletters Tab left click Manage to open the Newsletter interface. At the top of the page you should see navigation links under the heading, Newsletter Management Links. Left click Members to open the View Members page
From here you can add, edit or delete new members or access all other newsletter navigation.
Shipping Country: Optional field.
First Name:
Last Name:
Email: Make sure address is entered correctly.
Date Subscribed: Optional field.
Last Newsletter: Shows when the user was last sent an email.
Bounces: Shows how many times a bounce has been received. After three bounces the user will be automatically unsubscribed.
Activation Key: For internal use.
Newsletter Member Status:Choose a selection from the drop down menu to show status.
Newsletter Lists: Choose which list to subscribe this user to.

In the menu on the left under the Manage Newsletters Tab click Add Members.
Click the edit icon for the page you wish to edit. The edit icon is located to the far right under the tools title (looks like a pencil).
Enter, edit or delete appropriate data.
Click SAVE to save and continue, or CANCEL to return to the Overview.
You can delete Categories in two different ways:
Delete Option 1
The first way is to select the delete icon to the far right next to the MEMBER NAME you wish to delete when you are on the Manage Newsletters main page in the admin.You will be prompted with a confirm deletion page. Just select yes or no and click the confirm button.
Delete Option 2
The second way is to click on the edit icon to the far right (the pencil) of the MEMBER NAME you wish to delete and open the Manage Members page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the delete button.You will be prompted with a confirm deletion page. Just select yes or no and click the confirm button.

Click 'browse' to locate the member list you wish to import. You can import any of these file formats: csv, txt, xls.
Click Import Database to save and continue.

Select which member list you would like to export by clicking the icon to the far right of the list name. A file download module will appear asking if you would like to save or open the .csv file. Click 'save' and locate the folder on your computer where you would like to save the file. A .csv (comma separated values) file can be imported into Outlook or other email programs and Excel.
