Log into CMATIONŽ (http://www.yourwebsite.com/admin)
In the menu on the left under the General Tab click Manage Contact Info.
You should now see the forms interface that includes Field Name / Input at the top.
Enter, delete or edit appropriate information for each field.
Click SAVE to save and continue, or CANCEL to return to the Overview.
